As a Recruiter for Business/Product Engineering in our Hyderabad team, you'll own talent management to scale high-performing teams, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll focus on identifying collaborative talent that thrives in our non-hierarchical culture, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and build diverse pipelines. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to guiding stakeholders through hiring, while championing DEI best practices and fostering a positive experience for all. Collaborate with sourcers, People Operations, and leadership to drive initiatives like referrals and talent mapping, ensuring scalable, efficient hiring that supports Wise's growth. This role is pivotal in helping us serve more customers worldwide by attracting top engineering talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Scale Business/Product Engineering teams to support Wise's mission
  • Manage candidates end-to-end ensuring exceptional experience aligned with Wise values
  • Build and develop relationships with hiring teams, guiding them through processes
  • Collaborate with sourcers to understand candidate market and engage top talent
  • Use data to support hiring recommendations and optimize processes
  • Partner with hiring teams and People teams on initiatives like referrals, talent mapping, salary benchmarking
  • Continually seek growth opportunities and step outside comfort zone
  • Build strong talent network locally and internationally

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent while delivering best partnering experience to candidates and hiring teams
  • Experience driving excellence in recruiting business partnering with senior leaders
  • Delivered results in DEI recruiting by driving best practices such as diverse slate, mitigating biases, and holding leaders accountable
  • Use data to support hiring recommendations, retro processes, identify blockers, and optimize for scalability
  • Technical sourcing skills to build pipeline of passive talent
  • Work smart, optimizing for automation and sharing knowledge for efficiency
