As Recruitment Lead - Volume, reporting to our EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead our high-volume hiring efforts across Tallinn and Budapest for Customer Support, KYC, FinCrime, and servicing roles at scale. Your core focus will be developing recruitment strategies, elevating workforce planning, managing vendors, leading a multi-location team, and driving operational excellence while ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. You'll act as a change agent, partnering closely with Workforce Management and Servicing Ops to translate forecasts into actionable plans, optimize processes through automation, and embed Wise's collaborative, non-hierarchical culture into every hire. With a data-driven approach, you'll influence senior stakeholders, role-model DEI, and contribute to regional and global TA initiatives, fostering scalable solutions for our continued growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale volume hiring strategies aligned to business goals and hiring location strategy
  • Partner with Workforce Management to translate demand/capacity plans into actionable recruiting plans and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage vendors in collaboration with Talent Ops: align capacity, set SLAs, monitor quality/cost/speed
  • Lead, coach and grow a multi-location team providing operational and strategic guidance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Servicing Ops leaders on quarterly hiring plans and provide market intel
  • Map and improve processes between TA, WFM and Ops; automate data flows and reporting
  • Ensure excellent stakeholder and candidate experience upholding Wise values
  • Role-model DEI best practices and embed diversity into recruiting philosophy; lead regional/global initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience building and leading recruitment teams in volume hiring, especially across CS, KYC, AML/FinCrime, and Operations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with proven senior stakeholder management
  • Proven experience partnering with Workforce Management/Operations Planning teams to convert forecasts into recruiting plans and improve end-to-end processes
  • Demonstrated vendor management expertise (RPO/BPO/agency): selection, contracts, SLAs, and performance management
  • Subject-matter expert in recruitment operations; turning ideas and best practices into scalable ways of working
