As Senior Analytics Manager - Finance and Treasury, you'll lead analytics for our Safeguarding and Ledger teams in London, ensuring bulletproof financial insights into exposures, cash positions, and liabilities. Lead 2-3 analysts to curate datasets, surface metrics, build statistical models, and deliver deep-dive analyses influencing company direction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics for Safeguarding and Ledger teams
• Lead a team of 2-3 analysts responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis
• Act as the conduit between the team and company stakeholders to shape and understand needs
• Build processes to manage integrity of real-time ledger handling tens of millions in daily money movements
• Help manage the complex Safeguarding process crucial for operations in any market
• Influence team and company direction through impactful analysis
• Self-organise and manage stakeholders effectively
• Ensure scalable data integrity management at speed and scale amid engineering and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)
• Legally authorised to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous background in Finance and Treasury
• DBT
• Data modelling in a warehouse context
• Understanding of testing and experimental design

Required Skills

• Strong analytical ability
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
• 2-4 years experience in similar roles
• Data visualisation and storytelling ability
• Ability to self organise and manage stakeholders
• Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements
• Python/R
• Understanding of stats and statistical modelling (measures of central tendency, variance, testing, regression)
• Mathematical background
