Senior Commercial Analyst - WISE Platform

As one of Wise's newest and fastest-growing products, we're a global, cross-functional team driving the next phase of growth. Join our deal-flow analytics team as a Senior Commercial Analyst to partner with Commercial and Delivery teams, delivering data insights that optimize sales processes, reduce time to revenue, and boost performance in this high-growth B2B environment. In this role, you'll build scalable reporting models, design revenue-focused KPIs, and create powerful dashboards analyzing sales pipelines, pre-sales impact, and delivery metrics. You'll enhance forecasting, craft data-driven narratives to win partners, and collaborate across teams to turn insights into commercial wins. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact, scalable data solutions including building and maintaining reporting models and data products for sales and delivery teams
  • Design and implement KPIs for commercial and delivery teams with a focus on revenue metrics and actionable recommendations
  • Create advanced analytics, dashboards, and visualisations for sales pipeline health, deal velocity, stage conversion rates, win/loss reasons, and individual rep performance using Salesforce
  • Monitor pre-sales engagement metrics, impact on deal progression, win rates, and resource allocation efficiency
  • Track, monitor, and predict metrics across implementation project lifecycles to identify risks, improve speed/quality, and reduce time to revenue
  • Collaborate with analysts to enhance forecasting capabilities for performance management, capacity planning, and partner support
  • Shape data usage in selling Wise Platform by identifying key insights and crafting compelling data-driven narratives for commercial teams

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient with SQL and data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Looker
  • Comfortable owning analytics from data transformation through to delivering actionable insights
  • Commercially minded with experience in opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling
  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B tech environment and collaborating closely with commercial teams
  • Solution-oriented, able to own projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communicator, able to form opinions, articulate them effectively, and maintain clear documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sales and project management data in tools like Salesforce or similar
  • Proficient in Python’s various data transformation, visualisation, and statistics libraries
