As a Senior Content Designer - Assets in our Grow squad, you'll rethink how people earn returns on their money across currencies, goals, and risk appetites—whether in current accounts, holiday savings, or long-term investments. You'll deeply understand customer needs to design effortless experiences for complex processes like choosing investment products, understanding gains, or paying tax, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and the Content Guild to ship world-class work. In this role, you'll own content projects end-to-end, elevate squad standards, champion the Wise brand, and create seamless, human-centered experiences that challenge traditional finance. Part of a mission to build an open, fair financial system—moving £6B monthly for 12M+ people, with only 2% done—you'll deliver impact, foster creativity, and be proud of positively changing the world. Key Responsibilities

• Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
• Use expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences
• Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality
• Champion the Wise brand and its implementation
• Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience
• Focus on helping customers earn returns on their money across currencies and goals
• Own content projects from end-to-end
• Elevate content quality by defining and delivering standards in the squad

Required Qualifications

• Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products
• Hands-on experience delivering creative and product content in fast-paced, engineering-led environments
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with design processes and validating how content solves real customer problems
• Experience in UX content design
• Background from under-represented demographics
