About the Role

Join Wise as a Senior Content Designer - Verification in our Global KYC and Onboarding squad, helping personal customers onboard quickly, easily, and with confidence. You'll design intuitive experiences that balance safety, compliance, and scalability, building trust while challenging traditional financial systems. Working cross-functionally, you'll ship impactful work that supports our mission to move £6 billion monthly for 12 million people—and we're just getting started. Leverage your expertise to discover customer needs, craft exceptional content, and influence teams toward customer-centered solutions. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and the Content Guild to create standardized, seamless onboarding flows used across Wise. This role offers end-to-end ownership, from defining great content to delivering positive global change in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Use expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, well-crafted and intuitive experiences that customers love
• Bring a sharp eye for detail and a systems thinking approach to solve problems and find scalable solutions
• Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness and content quality across the squad
• Work with designers across the squad to build a standardised and seamless experience for customers
• Support personal customers to onboard to Wise quickly, easily and with confidence
• Help keep Wise safe and secure while balancing regulatory obligations with world-class customer experiences
• Invest time in understanding customers, their needs and infrastructure
• Collaborate with the Content Guild and content community across Wise

Required Qualifications

• Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class products
• Hands on experience delivering product content in fast-paced, engineering-led environments
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with design processes
• Experience validating how content solves real customer problems
• Experience in KYC or onboarding flows
