Join our CRM Analytics team as a Senior Data Analyst, supporting Personal and Business customer segments within the Marketing Analytics organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM Analytics, you'll drive lifecycle marketing capabilities through rigorous data analysis, collaborating with CRM, Product, Data Science, and Growth teams to optimise customer engagement strategies. In this high-impact role, you'll define measurement frameworks for CRM initiatives, ensure top-notch data quality, and deliver actionable insights that influence customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key tasks include advanced campaign analysis, A/B testing, dashboard development, and segmentation model optimisation using tools like SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Python/R, and visualisation platforms. With a salary of £60,000 - £75,000, RSUs, hybrid working, generous leave, and sabbaticals, this position offers the chance to make a real difference in a diverse, inclusive team committed to building money without borders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Design and execute in-depth analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer segmentation, and engagement patterns across the customer lifecycle
  • Apply advanced testing methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality) to measure and improve CRM campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain critical dashboards and reporting tools that track key CRM metrics
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, CRM technology, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and define requirements for new initiatives
  • Build and optimise customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalisation strategies
  • Contribute to the development of the overall CRM analytics strategy and measurement framework

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in marketing analytics, specifically within CRM or lifecycle marketing domains
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data manipulation in a modern data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Experience with data modeling (e.g., dbt) and visualisation tools for dashboards and reports
  • Comfortable with a programming language such as Python or R for data analysis
  • Solid understanding of experimental design and statistical testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
