As a technical leader, you'll spearhead time series forecasting and causal inference pipelines, mentor a talented data science team, and establish MLOps excellence for scalable deployments. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical vision for time series forecasting and causal inference models
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering career development
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate data science into business strategy
  • Establish scalable MLOps practices, model monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks
  • Design data strategies and oversee model optimization for business requirements
  • Define technical standards, governance, and best practices for data science projects
  • Shape research agenda and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies
  • Champion responsible AI, ensuring ethical development and transparency

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in data science leadership within FP&A or finance teams
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing data science teams
  • Deep expertise in time series forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning models
  • Strong background in MLOps, A/B testing, and model deployment at scale
  • Experience partnering with finance, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in a quantitative field
  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation
  • Prior work with large-scale financial datasets
