About the Role

Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money with min fees, max ease, and full speed. We're seeking a Senior CRM Designer to join our 35+ strong global CRM team in London, collaborating with designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns that excite millions of customers worldwide. You'll lead the design of visually compelling emails and comms, championing brand guidelines while driving marketing objectives. As a key team member, you'll act as the day-to-day stakeholder contact, drive creative vision, mentor others, develop A/B testing frameworks and a CRM Design System, and scale design efforts for our growing team. You'll create responsive layouts optimized for all devices and email clients, incorporating multimedia, balancing analytical insights with creativity to boost CRM performance. This role offers strategic impact shaping customer experiences for millions, opportunities to lead and develop with autonomy, and the chance to work in a diverse, inclusive environment committed to money without borders. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for key internal stakeholders - building rapport, trust and collaborative working relationships
  • Drive creative vision by presenting your work in a clear, compelling way that shows creative and thoughtful responses to briefs, and mentor others to do the same
  • Lead the CRM design team to create visually appealing email templates that champion our brand guidelines and are laser-focused on our marketing objectives
  • Develop a strategic A/B Testing Framework for understanding design’s impact on core CRM metrics
  • Develop our CRM Design System, and be responsible for scaling our design function in line with our growing CRM team
  • Design and implement responsive layouts that provide optimal viewing experiences across various devices and email clients, incorporating multimedia elements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Enterprise CRM experience preferable
  • Strong portfolio of high-impact emails demonstrating typographic, layout, art direction and technical skills
  • Proven experience in designing responsive email campaigns and templates
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Figma and email software (e.g., Stripo, Braze)
  • Experience designing in multiple languages
  • Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting
