We're seeking a Senior Identity & Access Governance Analyst with a focus on Risk and Compliance to join our internal User Tech team in Tallinn, contributing to one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies. In this role, you'll evaluate tooling against IAM controls, enforce access policies to meet regulations, liaise with security teams, maintain policies, respond to audits, and generate insightful metrics. Join our 127+ strong User Tech team spread across UK, US, Europe, and Singapore, bringing your expertise in IT general controls, IAM at scale (RBAC, PBAC, SOD, PAM), and compliance automation. You'll foster access control awareness, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive creative problem-solving in a detail-oriented environment. With knowledge of standards like GDPR, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001, plus experience in risk management and policy drafting, you'll help build a robust IAM framework. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation of tooling against IAM controls and managing remediation of issues in the risk register
• Enforcing Access Control to meet regulatory requirements and standards
• Liaising with stakeholders such as Security & Tech risk team to validate controls effectiveness
• Fostering Access Control awareness and managing their lifecycle
• Maintaining up-to-date IAM control policies and procedures
• Responding to auditor or regulatory inquiries regarding IAM
• Generating reports and metrics to demonstrate posture and provide insight into areas that can be improved

Required Qualifications

• Wealth of knowledge in Information technology general controls
• Experience in automating compliance processes & procedures
• Proven ability in implementing controls for Identity & Access Management services at scale for SaaS tools (RBAC, PBAC, SOD, PAM)
• Proven ability in creative problem solving
• Ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage cross-team stakeholders and external partners
• Fundamental experience in project management from vision to delivery
• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in Cybersecurity, CISA, CRISC, or CISM
• Intermediate knowledge in cyber security
• Knowledge of potential risk with Automation and AI
• Knowledge in Atlassian, Slack, G-suite, Okta, Sailpoint
• Knowledge in the use of GRC tools such as Auditboard

Required Skills

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Information systems administration
• Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001
• Fundamental to Intermediate knowledge of risk management within SaaS environments
• Practical knowledge of security principles & concepts related to Access Controls
• Practical knowledge related to Incident response, BCP & DR
• Practical knowledge for drafting policies and process documentations
