As a Senior Presales Consultant, you’ll drive growth by consulting with product, sales, and delivery teams to design efficient, high-quality solutions. You’ll understand customer needs, showcase Wise Platform’s value, and build trust with key decision-makers to create scalable payment solutions that align partner and Wise objectives. In this role, you’ll navigate complex sales cycles, deliver compelling demos and presentations, and extract detailed requirements to assess impacts on internal teams. Comfortable in business and technical contexts, you’ll win over executives, compliance, and engineering stakeholders while developing sales collateral, proofs of concept, and RFP responses. You’ll act as the customer’s voice, influencing product roadmaps for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Present products and vision to executives & technical teams at strategic enterprise partners, becoming their trusted advisor
  • Drive revenue alongside the business development team, being a key stakeholder in the sales process from discovery and solution design through to implementation kickoff
  • Utilise deep understanding of Wise Platform products and the payments domain to tailor solutions for partners
  • Work on sales collateral, demos, proof of concepts, RFPs, and any other material to help get potential deals over the line
  • Ensure the viability of solutions by fully analysing requirements, identifying and mitigating any risks while clearly documenting a detailed end to end solution
  • Share customer feedback to the product teams in Wise Platform to drive roadmaps and create more opportunities for growth
  • Scope and design payments partnerships with the world’s biggest banks and enterprises
  • Work with the Banks sales team to grow Wise Platform’s presence in EMEA

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a presales or sales engineering role engaged in enterprise technology sales (preferably in fintech / payments)
  • Experience with REST APIs, SWIFT, local payment networks, especially in the context of technical sales and solution design
  • Proven track record achieving commercial targets by leveraging consultative and solution-based sales skills
  • Established history of effective collaboration within or alongside financial institutions, demonstrating a strong grasp of their challenges and needs
  • Experience communicating customer requirements to internal Product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fintech / payments industry experience
  • Technical sales experience with enterprise clients
  • Experience working with banks and large enterprises
