We're seeking a Senior Product Compliance Manager - Pricing to own and develop our Pricing controls framework and regulatory compliance strategy. Embedded in the Pricing Product Squad as a first line of defence, you'll lead the Pricing Product Compliance and Risk program, ensuring our innovative pricing models support our mission for instant, convenient, transparent, and eventually free cross-border payments. In this hands-on role, you'll interpret regulations for Product and Engineering teams, coordinate with global stakeholders for seamless pricing launches, refine customer pricing communications, and build robust control frameworks to minimise risks. You'll collaborate with the Pricing team on innovative fee-minimising strategies and represent Wise in regulatory consultations, keeping compliance at the heart of our fast-moving product development. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate regulatory requirements for Product and Engineering teams to build pricing controls for new pricing strategies
• Coordinate with global product, marketing, compliance oversight and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of pricing changes
• Own the process to refine customer understanding of pricing communications and set guidelines for marketing teams to meet regulatory compliance
• Identify innovative pricing methods with the Pricing product team to minimise fees and deliver customer value
• Build and maintain a framework for pricing controls to meet regulatory requirements and minimise compliance and operational risk
• Participate in industry association initiatives and represent Wise in legislative and regulatory consultations

Required Qualifications

• Ability to interpret primary and secondary legislation relating to pricing obligations, consumer conduct and/or financial promotions in multiple jurisdictions
• Deep working knowledge of conduct related Payments and Financial Services Regulations from consultancy, in-house or legal experience
• Experience leading major projects influencing decision making (e.g., product launches, remediations, audits)
• Proven ability to report and explain complex regulatory expectations to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
• Experience building frameworks for others to operate within

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (compliance, marketing, finance) to launch products in multiple regions or business lines
• Hands-on Fintech knowledge
