You’ll create simple, intuitive experiences for a complex financial product serving 16 million diverse users worldwide, contributing to our mission of an open, fair, human financial system without borders. In this role, you’ll dive deep into customer needs, leveraging full Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver impactful solutions. Be influential in your team, championing customer-centricity, creativity, and quality while owning your work from opportunity identification to success metrics. Ship proud, innovative designs that elevate product standards and drive positive global change by empowering businesses with control over their money. We seek designers with proven portfolios, prototyping expertise, collaboration skills, and experience in scalable web design using design systems. Key Responsibilities

• Build empathy and deep understanding of Wise business customers’ needs and challenges
• Use full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver simple, well-crafted experiences
• Guide team to prioritise customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality
• Ship innovative, easy-to-use, and clear experiences
• Own impact by deciding opportunities and defining success metrics with team
• Elevate product quality by defining ‘good’ and helping team deliver it
• Solve challenges in business customer onboarding and setup
• Design for complex financial product serving 16 million global users

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people
• Default to prototyping when presenting work
• Natural collaborator, designing in the open and leveraging other functions’ expertise
• Understand good design involves identifying the right thing to build using early concepts and prototypes
• Comfortable designing for web surfaces including desktop and mobile formats
• Experience working with design systems to produce scalable, functional design
• Practise evidence-based design and rationalise decisions clearly and credibly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial products or onboarding flows
• Global audience design experience
• Leadership in customer-centric design practices
