The Customer Acquisition team within the Send team is focused on one of Wise's biggest challenges: guiding new users to successfully complete their first international transfer. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll remove friction, boost completion rates, and help millions move money effortlessly. You'll dive deep into customer needs, own ambiguous problems across the acquisition funnel—from entry points to funding and transfer completion—and drive creative solutions using AI-assisted experiences. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and content designers to prototype, test, and ship high-impact work that elevates trust, clarity, and joy. This role offers ownership of your impact, the chance to define success metrics, and direct contribution to Wise's growth. We're seeking designers with strong portfolios, conversion experience, AI fluency, and systems thinking who thrive in ambiguity, communicate effectively, and raise design standards. Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with well-crafted, impactful work solving real problems
• Experience in conversion, onboarding, funnels, or activation challenges
• Fluency in using AI in workflows and excitement for AI-assisted user experiences
• Strong craft and systems thinking with visual and interaction design skills
• Experience using design systems at scale
• Evidence-based design in the open with clear articulation of decisions
• Exceptional execution from concept to launch
• Strategic strength connecting design to business outcomes
• High judgement in complex, ambiguous situations
• Adaptability navigating uncertainty

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer acquisition or send money flows
