Key Responsibilities

• Identify, size, and prioritise new markets and product use cases across MEA
• Own P&L inputs and drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy from regulatory scoping to launch
• Become expert on customer needs and local financial regulations for product localisation
• Balance regulator requirements with superior customer convenience
• Define and build scalable controls and infrastructure for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention
• Ensure rapid expansion without sacrificing safety, compliance, and resilience
• Create your own vision and make autonomous decisions accountable for outcomes
• Solve complex technical challenges in scaling infrastructure for MEA markets

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience making data-driven decisions in complex situations
• Technical skills to work effectively with engineers, unblock them, and understand development processes
• Structured thinking and communication to break down ambiguous problems and inspire teams
• Ability to build relationships across the organization and foster positive team culture
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end
