As Senior Product Manager - Onboarding, you will lead the team in identifying opportunities to accelerate growth, create a compelling product vision, and collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to deliver data-driven solutions that bring more customers into the money-without-borders revolution. You will drive impact by boosting global customer conversion rates, building world-class products across platforms, and acting autonomously to shape your roadmap while inspiring your team. Success means empowering customers to move money instantly, conveniently, and transparently. You'll grow as a leader by building your team, influencing others, and going beyond traditional PM duties—handling hiring, unblocking challenges, and executing with freedom. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Onboarding team in finding and iterating on opportunities to grow Wise faster, bringing more customers to the revolution
  • Create a compelling vision for your product area and draw a clear path to get there, inspiring your team and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to enable the team to make informed, data-driven decisions and execute to the highest standards
  • Drive Customer Conversion by tracking and improving the conversion rates of new customers globally across all products
  • Build world-class products by iterating on any aspect across platforms without compromising on transparency or user experience
  • Act autonomously to create your own vision and make key product calls with freedom to gather feedback
  • Build and inspire your own team, and influence other teams to contribute to the Wise mission
  • Help with hiring, learn new skills to unblock things, and get things done beyond a traditional PM role

Required Qualifications

  • Vision & Alignment: Able to get the team to dream big, align on a commonly agreed vision, and articulate a clear path to execution
  • Customer-Focus: Proven experience working on a product with thousands or millions of customers, including running surveys, research, and interviews, and defining the customer impact of product investments
  • Cross-Platform Delivery: A track record of delivering excellent user experience on web, iOS, and Android, with a strong sense of UX and strict attention to UI details
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Highly capable of diving into data to identify opportunities, measure impact, prioritize value for customers, and influence the company by telling compelling stories with data
  • Technical Fluency: A good technical understanding that enables you to help your team prioritize technological investments, technical debt reduction, bugs, and new features
  • Clear Communication: Able to effectively frame problems to influence across the team and communicate clearly and logically with internal and external partners on challenging issues
