As a Senior Salesforce Administrator in our GTM Tech team, you’ll set the standard for robust, scalable processes, delivering high-impact projects from day one and transforming how we run the business. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, engineering, operations, and finance teams to configure Salesforce and related tools, build end-to-end sales journeys, and scale operations. This role offers immediate business impact in a dynamic, growing area of Wise, working with global stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and NAM. Key Responsibilities

• Define, configure and customise the Salesforce platform and other tools to support business processes
• Deliver high impact projects such as building end-to-end sales journeys for high velocity and strategic deals
• Work closely with Enablement and RevOps teams to scope priorities and deliver custom solutions
• Define backlog of initiatives and identify opportunities to scale processes and operations

Required Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud and related GTM Technologies
• Skilled in building complex lead journeys with marketing nurture cycles
• Strategic thinker and practical problem solver capable of understanding desired business outcomes
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with global teams in EMEA, APAC, and NAM
• Proficient in change management and governance for launching new functionality
• Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
• Experienced in working with global stakeholders in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience
• Experience with CLM Tools like DocuSign/Jira
• Experience with DataCloud

Required Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce standard/custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types
• Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Expert with Salesforce Flow builder
• Experience utilising AI to support GTM tools like Salesforce/Agentforce
