In this role, you'll design and build scalable Java/Spring Boot services, implement real-time observability, lead technical initiatives for automation and performance, mentor juniors, and drive architectural strategy. Partnering cross-functionally, you'll translate complex liquidity scenarios into customer-focused solutions and present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable tools and services utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies
  • Implement metric-driven, real-time observability for Liquidity management systems
  • Lead technical initiatives to improve real-time Liquidity management, emphasizing automation, reliability, and performance
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers, offering technical guidance and conducting code reviews
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for Treasury systems
  • Contribute to engineering culture through knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Partner with product and operational teams to transform complex liquidity risk scenarios into actionable insights
