As a Senior Technical Product Manager - Analytics Platform, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for our analytics teams within the Platform tribe, driving a unified, high-quality data ecosystem that powers data-driven decisions across the organisation. Your work will enable engineers to deliver features faster while ensuring scalable data access for all teams. In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs across the analytics data lifecycle, prioritise high-impact workflows, and collaborate with engineering to integrate with data discovery, governance, and analytics tools. Fostering innovation and self-service capabilities, you'll translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, measure success through OKRs, and promote a data-driven culture at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the long-term strategy for the analytics platform
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and data users across the organisation
• Foster a data-driven culture through continuous improvement of data repositories
• Utilise OKRs and agile methodologies for alignment, prioritization, and outcome measurement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and technical teams
• Develop comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs in the analytics data lifecycle
• Proactively identify, prioritise, and execute workflows to automate tedious tasks
• Prioritise self-service capabilities to improve user experience on analytics platforms

Required Qualifications

• Passion for the entire product development lifecycle and strong affinity for data
• Comfortable working across technical domains including cloud offerings, cloud-native technologies, data engineering, and analytics
• Adept at understanding trade-offs between platform technologies and communicating them clearly
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, business users, data engineering, analytics, or data science teams
• Strong analytical skills to navigate complex system-design challenges using quantitative and qualitative information
• Creativity in problem-solving with ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Looker and Superset or other BI tools
• Experience in platform engineering or developer tools
• Background in data platforms or analytics infrastructure
