Work with a world-class team of engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers in London and Tallinn, measuring success by customer satisfaction, <30-second transfer setups, and global volume. Ideal for experienced PMs (4+ years) who are customer-obsessed, data-driven, and thrive in ambiguity, with fintech experience preferred. Base salary 88,000-118,000 GBP + RSUs and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Define goals, metrics, and roadmap for international money transfer experiences
• Drive customer impact through data insights, market research, and strategy
• Leverage technology to solve evolving customer needs and set new standards
• Deliver hyper-convenience while preventing user errors and exploitation
• Launch new products to expand send use cases globally with regional teams
• Manage stakeholders with customer insights, data, and product sense
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure safety and push regulatory standards
• Lead without authority to ship exceptional products

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager solving complex customer-facing problems at global scale, ideally in fintech
• Customer obsessed with strong sense of UX and strict attention to UI details
• Proficient in analytics (qualitative and quantitative) to identify, diagnose, and prioritise problems
• Experience in qualitative design testing
• Good technical understanding for scalable solutions
• Self-driven first-principles thinker who handles ambiguity
• Experience building strong cross-functional team culture
