About the Role

Wise, a global technology company revolutionizing money movement with min fees, max ease, and full speed, seeks an SEO Content Specialist - AI & Growth for Greater China. Based in our Singapore office, you'll drive sustainable customer growth through strategic SEO-optimized blog content in Simplified/Traditional Chinese for CN and HK markets. Leverage advanced AI tools to scale high-quality, conversion-focused production while upholding content standards, contributing to regional strategies and pioneering AI-enhanced workflows. Take a long-term view: plan content that exceeds forecasts, uncover growth opportunities, lead impactful projects, and share performance insights. With expertise in SEO and AI, you'll independently define KPIs, optimize processes, and collaborate across teams to fuel Wise's mission of easier, cheaper international money management for everyone, everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, and produce high-quality, conversion-focused SEO blog content in Simplified/Traditional Chinese using AI tools
• Develop long-term strategic content plans for Greater China (CN, HK) meeting or exceeding forecasts
• Contribute to regional SEO/organic strategy and scalable AI-powered content solutions
• Own and share insights on content performance and growth initiatives
• Stay updated on AI advancements, SEO trends, and propose testable ideas
• Lead and validate AI-enhanced growth projects with regional/global impact
• Identify growth opportunities for locale and wider APAC region
• Deepen expertise in SEO and advanced AI tooling for content operations

Required Qualifications

• Located and legally authorised to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
• Good understanding and experience utilizing SEO AI Tools daily, including developing automation processes
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Simplified Chinese and/or Cantonese
• Native-level eye for content quality, readability, and detail in words and visuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal experience using Wise or similar products for international money movement
• Additional language proficiencies beyond English, Simplified Chinese, or Cantonese
• Experience working with digital tools or platforms in APAC markets
