As Servicing Training Lead in our Global Operations team based in Hyderabad, you will lead the Servicing Training Specialist team, ensuring high-impact training programs that align with Servicing Operations goals. Drive team performance, foster continuous improvement, manage stakeholders, and deliver strategic L&D solutions to support our mission of making international money movement seamless for everyone, everywhere. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end training delivery, from strategy execution and quality assurance to performance tracking and resource management. Collaborate with vendor managers, product specialists, and more to validate needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement best practices. Manage budgets, technologies, and change initiatives while building a collaborative culture through coaching, team-building, and actionable insights from KPIs and feedback. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance of Servicing Training Specialists through coaching, SMART goals, and documentation
  • Hire, lead, and develop the team with regular 1:1s, meetings, and IDPs/PIPs
  • Execute L&D strategies aligned with Servicing Operations goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate training needs and recommend solutions
  • Oversee training quality, scheduling, and delivery based on demand-capacity analysis
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks with KPIs, analytics, and business impact insights
  • Manage team budget, resources, and training technologies
  • Drive change management, culture of knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a training and development role, preferably in a Servicing/Operations/Contact Center environment
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of trainers or L&D professionals
