We’re seeking a dynamic Spend Expansions Project Manager for our Spend (Cards) Operations team in Singapore. You’ll drive the development and launch of innovative value-added services to attract new cardholders and boost usage among existing customers, leveraging exceptional project management, strategic insight, and financial acumen. In this role, you’ll lead full implementation lifecycles, orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Banking, Legal, Customer Support), manage third-party onboardings, ensure SLA compliance, and track financial performance with detailed reporting. Your focus on operational readiness, risk mitigation, and process optimization will be key to delivering seamless integrations and measurable growth in card adoption. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle of new card add-on services from the operational lens supporting Product teams through to successful launch
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, identify dependencies and proactively mitigate risks
  • Serve as the central point of contact, orchestrating efforts across various internal teams including Product, Operations, Banking, Legal and Customer Support
  • Oversee the technical and operational onboarding of new services, ensuring seamless integration with existing card platforms and infrastructure
  • Establish, track, and report on the performance of all new card services, with a critical focus on achieving defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, actively managing the financial and operational aspects of their contracts
  • Track and report on the financial performance of new services, including project costs, operational expenses, and generated revenue
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, operational workflows, and knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the financial services, payments, or card industry
  • Comfortable working within teams that face complex issues and take charge in difficult situations
  • Experience optimizing processes with internal and external partners, focusing on KPIs and SLAs
  • Ability to use data to prioritise tasks that have the most value-add to customers and measure the impact
  • Strong communicator, adapting style to different audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of credit/debit card products
  • Keen sense of what value-added services are effective at driving customer acquisition and card spend
  • Experience in financial services or payments industry
