Wise is building the future of global money movement, and the Staff Content Designer in Grow Squad will rethink how customers earn returns on their money across currencies and goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex processes like choosing investments, understanding gains, and handling taxes, creating intuitive experiences that delight users worldwide. Balancing global strategy with local needs, you'll ship impactful work while elevating content standards across the squad and Content Guild. This role offers the chance to own projects end-to-end, drive customer-centered innovation, and contribute to Wise's mission of money without borders. Required Qualifications

• Accomplished Staff Content Designer with extensive experience shipping world-class consumer products
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Influential and inspiring, able to work in a culture of autonomy and empowerment

• Trusted partner who builds effective relationships across the business
