Partnering closely with hiring managers, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from innovative sourcing to seamless closes, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience that builds our talent pipeline for the future. You'll thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment, using insights to refine strategies, remove blockers, and align hiring with broader People initiatives like onboarding and compensation. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing
  • Partner with hiring teams to define needs and strategies
  • Source top engineering talent using creative methods
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience and build pipelines
  • Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and events
  • Analyze data to optimize hiring processes
  • Align with People team on onboarding and compensation
  • Scale engineering organization while maintaining quality

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers on talent strategies
  • Strong understanding of engineering talent market
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and optimization
  • Experience in global or multi-location hiring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or tech scale-ups
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
  • Background in employer branding or talent pipelining
  • Fluency in English and another language
