You'll bridge the central TPRM function and regional teams, driving policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight while safeguarding our organization from third-party risks. In this pivotal role, you'll own EMEA-specific TPRM localization, conduct risk assessments, represent us in governance forums, support audits, and coordinate IntraGroup activities. Collaborating with 2L Risk, Compliance, Banking, Product, Operations, and Audit stakeholders, you'll maintain robust controls, escalate issues, and foster a unified risk posture aligned with group standards and local regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison for group's TPRM framework in EMEA entities
  • Own localization of TPRM including regulatory mapping and outsourcing registers
  • Support quarterly risk assessments (RCSA) and key risk indicators
  • Represent TPRM in local governance forums and regional syncs
  • Provide audit/exam support ensuring alignment with group policies
  • Coordinate IntraGroup risk activities like materiality assessments and exit strategies
  • Oversee local controls and escalate deviations with corrective actions
  • Guide stakeholders across 2L Risk, Compliance, Banking, Product, and Operations

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or related risk/compliance roles
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks and outsourcing requirements
  • Proven experience in policy localization and regulatory mapping
  • Strong background in risk assessments (e.g., RCSA) and control oversight
  • Experience supporting audits, exams, and governance forums

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in fintech or financial services
  • Knowledge of IntraGroup risk activities and materiality assessments
  • Fluency in English and additional EMEA languages (e.g., Hungarian, German)
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISA)
