WiseWomenCode is a unique 3-day immersive program designed to increase diversity in the technology sector by providing support, guidance, and opportunities to women and non-binary individuals eager to kickstart their tech careers. Join us at our Budapest office from 18-20 February 2026 for hands-on workshops, job shadowing, and networking with industry leaders and technical specialists in a welcoming, inclusive environment. This program targets tech students, recent career changers, and those returning after a career break, helping you explore various technical paths in fintech while boosting your confidence and skills. To apply, submit your resume and a 1-page cover letter confirming availability and sharing your proudest achievement (around 200 words).
