About the Role
WiseWomenCode is a unique 3-day immersive program in Tallinn designed to increase diversity in the technology sector by providing support, guidance, and opportunities to women and non-binary individuals eager to kickstart their tech careers. Join us at our Tallinn office from 18-20 February 2026 for hands-on workshops, job shadowing, and networking with industry leaders and technical specialists. This program boosts your confidence, hones your skills, and helps you explore various technical paths within the fintech industry in a welcoming, inclusive environment. We invite tech students, recent career changers, and those returning after a career break, especially if you're based in Estonia and passionate about tech. Submit your resume and a 1-page cover letter detailing your availability for the dates and your proudest achievement (around 200 words) by December 31st, 2025. Mandatory questions are for EEO compliance and kept confidential.
