Role Overview

As a WMS Key User (m/f/d) at PepsiCo's Hammersbach site in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, you will take ownership of the REPLY Warehouse Management System (WMS). This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring seamless warehouse operations within our fast-paced FMCG environment. You will bridge logistics, IT, and end-users, driving system stability, process improvements, and team enablement. Key Responsibilities

Your role demands hands-on expertise in warehouse systems. Key duties include:

• Owning the stable operation and continuous development of the REPLY WMS at Hammersbach.
• Acting as first-level support for incidents, collaborating with users, second-level support, and external IT providers.
• Supporting WMS implementation, rollout, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Delivering trainings to employees and ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer, including developing backup key users.
• Ensuring compliance with global PepsiCo standards (PEP), maintaining master data, configuring systems, and monitoring KPIs.
• Contributing to WMS-related projects for operational enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, preferably in FMCG or similar fast-moving environments.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse processes and their interfaces with procurement, production, and distribution.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and IT-driven logistics solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving prowess, and change management experience.
• Excellent communication and training abilities, with fluent English (German advantageous).
