• Develop and update functional design documentation for processes and controls.
• Co-develop functional configurations and interface design documentation with technical teams.
• Collaborate on pay policy simplification, harmonization governance models, and standard change governance processes/tools globally.
• Create sector-specific training materials on change governance and contribute to payroll policy training content for employees, supervisors, and coordinators.
• Assist in planning and executing WFM and payroll-related technology initiatives while staying abreast of payroll trends and labor management tools.
