Role Overview

The Workplace Services Coordinator - Office Management role in Sydney, Australia, is a vital part of our Global Real Estate and Workplace Services (GREWS) team. This position ensures every in-office experience is functional, productive, and memorable for fellow CrowdStrikers. With a passion for hospitality and customer service, you'll maintain office upkeep, manage vendor relations, and handle projects from conception to completion. You'll work independently, adhere to business timelines, and manage confidential matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll wear multiple hats to keep our Sydney office running smoothly:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, greeting guests, directing them, and notifying employees.
  • Execute in-office events and activities, partnering with the GREWS team for timely, high-quality experiences.
  • Assist with local events, managing onsite/offsite reservations, catering, décor, and coordination.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, sharing details on catering and A/V capabilities with hosts.
  • Configure and set up physical spaces for meetings, training, recruiting events, and sales conferences.
  • Support new-hire onboarding, including workspace prep, access credentials, and site familiarization.
  • Maintain security protocols in partnership with Global Physical Security.
  • Keep reception, break areas, and workspaces safe and clean.
  • Act as a local expert for visiting staff on hotels, restaurants, and team-building activities.
  • Administer back-of-house operations, including FF&E maintenance, MEP issues, and vendor accountability.
  • Liaise with landlords, property management, IT, Helpdesk, EA, and HR teams.
  • Monitor office equipment, manage inventory, procure supplies, handle mail, and coordinate couriers.
  • Assist with OpEx budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting alongside Finance.

Qualifications & Requirements
