This role provides comprehensive administrative support to assigned division staff, with a focus on calendar and time management for the Assistant Vice President of ambulatory operations and ambulatory directors. The Administrative Specialist also provides clerical support for other administrative units and functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

High School Diploma or Equivalent AND Four (4) years of high level Administrative Experience OR Associate’s Degree AND Two (2) years of high level Executive Office Experience OR Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but may vary depending on the needs of the department.
