WVU Medicine is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to join our Behavioral Medicine & Psychiatry team at Reynolds Memorial Hospital (RMH) and Healthy Minds Program. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions. As an APP, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to the education of medical professionals.

WVU Medicine offers a competitive salary and benefits package for APPs in Behavioral Medicine & Psychiatry. The salary range for this position is estimated between $95,000 and $155,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The minimum qualifications for this position include a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from a CCNE accredited program for Nurse Practitioners or a Bachelor's or Master's Degree as a Medical/Surgical Physician Assistant, national certification, and licensure or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia.
Experience in Behavioral Medicine or Acute Care is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours as needed.

The APP collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
WVU Medicine uses Epic as its electronic health record (EHR) system.
