The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The minimum qualifications include a current Pharmacist license in West Virginia and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
A Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy is preferred but not required.
Preferred experience includes completion of a PGY-2 Residency in an applicable clinical field, completion of a PGY-1 Residency, or three years of relevant pharmacist experience.
The core duties and responsibilities include reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications, managing drug use control, and ensuring medication safety.
