  • Assess the adequacy of current tube feeding, infant formula, or parenteral nutrition orders.
  • Evaluate laboratory values, drug-nutrient interactions, medical history, and current nutritional needs to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Identify and address nutrition education needs for patients and families.
