  • Ensures all minimum requirements are met for students and faculty; assists with registration and follow ups with students.
  • Organizes student rotations, prepares files, evaluations, and student orientation packets.
  • Provides curriculum support by maintaining current documentation, site relationships, and working with leadership to track and support resident rotations and elective planning.
  • Actively participates in the marketing and recruitment process, representing the institution professionally and positively; develops, maintains, and revises student education campaigns.
  • Maintains continuous and open communication with department personnel, clinical instructors, and students regarding changes and updates in programmatic administration, and/or instructional policies and procedures.
  • Directs students and faculty with special concerns to the respective support agencies provided by the institution or external organizations.
