  • Assist with planning staff needs, developing, and distributing daily work assignments and monthly staff schedules.
  • Collaborate with department leadership and support staff to prioritize educational needs based on regulatory agencies, policy development, new technology, patient case studies, and quality assurance monitors.
  • Assess employee learning needs and develop orientation and education plans.
  • Assist in the development of annual competency analysis system requirements and criteria to ensure knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for fulfilling role expectations.
  • Assess patient/family satisfaction issues through daily rounds and take appropriate action to resolve them.
