- Report and document events accordingly.
- Ensure that patients and their support systems understand education provided as to the patient’s medical condition, plan of care, and established exercise goals.
- Create educational materials and session for patients and provides exercise technique instruction for treatment plans.
- Provide clinical oversight regarding exercise for all patients at all risk levels.
