  • Assemble telemetry packs, batteries, and electrodes for nursing staff; ensure necessary inventory of clean packs and battery availability.
  • Monitor equipment and assist with troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment, notifying Healthcare Technology Supervisor and Nurse Manager as needed.
  • Greet and assist with admitting functions upon patients’ arrival to the department.
  • Perform routine clerical operations of the unit to ensure smooth communication and functioning, including intra-hospital communications, admit/transfer/discharge/follow-up care information, mail distribution, and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain patient records and appropriate department records to help ensure accurate and complete documentation.
