The minimum qualifications include graduation from a Medical Imaging Program, ARRT or NMTCB certification within 6 months of hire, a current or temporary Radiography license as required by the state board, Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire, and a state criminal background check.
While not required, one year of experience as a computed tomography technologist is preferred.
