You must be a graduate of a Medical Imaging Program, hold an ARRT Radiography certification or NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification within 6 months of hire, possess a current or temporary Radiography license as required by the state, and have BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
One year of experience as a computed tomography technologist is preferred but not always required.
Your responsibilities include preparing rooms and equipment, performing CT and radiology examinations, administering contrast media, ensuring patient safety, and documenting patient information.
You will be operating CT scanners and general radiology equipment.
You will be working in a hospital setting, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
