WVU Medicine United Hospital Center (UHC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 5 South Ortho/Neuro unit. The required qualifications include a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a multi-state license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, and less than 12 months of experience as a registered nurse.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred.
The core duties include delivering nursing care using the nursing process, demonstrating safety and continuity of care, creating and implementing patient care plans, recognizing and reporting patient safety concerns, providing patient education, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
The estimated salary range is between $65,000 and $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
