Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for emergency care? WVU Medicine's United Hospital Center (UHC) is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our Emergency Department (ED) team for the night shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care to patients experiencing a wide range of medical emergencies. You will utilize your clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and compassion to assess, treat, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Registered Nurse in the ED, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through the nursing process. This includes assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and their families. You will collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
