Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in patient care? WVU Medicine's Ruby Memorial Hospital is seeking a motivated RN to join our Neuro Critical Care Unit (NCCU) on the night shift. In this role, you will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for delivering high-quality nursing care using the nursing process. You'll apply your clinical knowledge, skills, and independent judgment to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
As a Registered Nurse in the NCCU, you will care for critically ill patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. This position requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
