You must possess a current pharmacist license through the West Virginia State Board of Pharmacy and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
A Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, completion of a PGY-2 or PGY-1 residency, or three years of relevant pharmacist experience are preferred.
The core duties include reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications, managing drug use control, identifying and resolving drug use-related problems, and participating in patient care rounds.
