As the Lead Scheduler-Registration-MA, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of patient registration and scheduling within our orthopaedic clinic. The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of patient registration or scheduling experience and/or one year of clinical experience. A state criminal background check is also required.
Completion of a Medical Assistant Program and/or Current National Certification as CMA are preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities include monitoring scheduling and registration activities, performing patient registration and scheduling tasks, assisting in training employees, and providing clinical support as needed.
Important skills include patient registration, scheduling, medical terminology, customer service, team leadership, and organizational skills.
