What are the minimum qualifications for this position?
The minimum qualifications include a current Pharmacist license in West Virginia and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
Is a Pharm.D. required?
A Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy is preferred but not required.
What experience is preferred?
Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas: Completion of a PGY-2 Residency, Completion of a PGY-1 Residency, or Three years of relevant pharmacist experience.

The core duties include reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications, managing drug use control, identifying drug-related problems, and participating in medication safety initiatives.
