You must have graduated from a Medical Imaging Program, possess a current or temporary Nuclear Medicine license as required by the state board (MD, OH, VA, or WV), be registered by the ARRT or NMTCB within six months of hire, and have certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
Key responsibilities include performing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring patient safety, processing images, and documenting information.
