The Oncology Nurse Navigator is an expert clinician responsible for coordinating all services and systems to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The minimum qualifications include a current Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, three years of nursing experience, and one year of oncology experience. OCN or BMTCN certification is required within 3 years of hire.
