The minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance, a reliable vehicle, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of state and federal background checks.
Preferred qualifications include post-high school/GED training in a human service field and six months of related experience and/or training.
Key responsibilities include providing outreach, information, and referral services, conducting training and support activities, completing programmatic documentation, assisting clients in transitions, and fostering a positive and cooperative environment.
Important skills include strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
The work environment is typically in an office setting, but may also involve travel to community events and Regional Youth sites. The position requires the ability to perform heavy work and lift/move/position clients.
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. A specific salary will be discussed during the interview process.
